Shipping & Delivery

Item Shipping. All orders are prepared and shipped within 2-5 business days. This depends on the inventory level, because some items are made on demand. Once the order is shipped, the email notification with a tracking code is sent to the customer.
Delivery time. The delivery time depends on each product and the customer country. You can find the delivery time on each product page in the description section.
Delivery time is stated in calendar days. The delivery time may be longer than stated during the high season and (national) holidays. INDIGO does not take the responsibility for the delivery delays that happen due third-party services.
INDIGO will not be held responsible for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided.
In order to offer low prices on all our products we have decided not to work with intermediaries and many of our items are processed and shipped directly from our manufacturer.
In specific cases, due to high demand (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc ...) or logistics issues (covid-19), shipping may take 2 to 5 weeks.
* In times of saturation orders are sometimes shipped from our logistics warehouses in Asia, as we run out of stock. When it arrives to the customer country, we process through the Post Office. For this reason, the tracking code that we provide 24 or 48 hours after purchase may take a few days to work.
