We’ve put together some commonly asked questions to give you more information about how we work.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We currently only accept credit card payments and PayPal. More payment methods will be added in the future.


Where is my order?

INDIGO™ works with providers and manufacturers across the world to source the coolest products at the prices that suit you. 
Yet because your products are coming from so far away they often take 2-4 weeks to arrive. So no worrying if the product doesn't arrive the next day! Most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control!

This does mean we ship worldwide, so you can shop with us wherever you are.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

INDIGO™ offers FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders over 25$ (USD). For shipments totaling less than 25$ (USD), there is a delivery charge of 2.99$.


I haven't received my order yet! It's lost?

If you have any concerns with your order, please contact our support team by email and they will be glad to assist you. Most emails are answered within 1 business day.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at hola@indigo-brand.com with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 

Lost or Stolen Packages

INDIGO™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry,INDIGO™ will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
